We can only accept returns within 7 days of delivery of your item. Your item must be unused and in it's original packaging. Once received, we will offer you either a refund, an exchange, or store credit to the value of your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries due to the provision of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If more than 7 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. For the fastest customer service, please contact us in English.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address sent to your Return Confirmation email.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address sent to your Return Confirmation email
As we do not charge you for shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
