      How deliveries work

      1) Confirmation

      Congratulations! You've placed your order with us and shortly, we will start preparing your order for you and have it dispatched.

      2) Processing

      This means your order is being picked and prepared, ready for dispatch! This should take 1-2 business days at most. Once dispatched, you'll also receive a tracking ID via your email, SMS and also the Messenger app if you're subscribed to updates.

      3) Shipping

      Your order is on its way! Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.  Times vary based on delivery location.  To check delivery status you can refer to your order confirmation page or use the "Track your order" page on our storefront.  

      4) Delivery

      Your item has been delivered! We hope you enjoy your purchase but if you have any further questions, you can contact us for a response within 3 business days.
