Refund & Exchange Policy


To initiate an Exchange / Return please follow this link: 

We can only accept return requests within 7 days of delivery of your item.  Your item must be unused and in it's original packaging.  Once received, we will offer you either a refund, an exchange, or store credit to the value of your purchase.

If more than 7 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. For the fastest customer service, please contact us in English.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a printed copy of your receipt, or an enclosed note stating your Order ID.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or an incorrect size / item has been sent.

If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, please go to our returns center ( Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to return your item to the closest returns center to you.


Items ordered from November 6th 2018 until December 7th 2018 as a gift for the holiday period, can be returned up until January 5th 2019.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address sent to your Return Confirmation email. Your replacement item will be processed once your return has been received. In order for the fastest service, you can present a Tracking ID after returning your item for your replacement to be immediately processed. This can be emailed to us ( or you can reply directly to your returns approval email. 

As we do not charge you for shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for the return of your items, as we cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of your returned items.
