Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 weeks for product delivery after ordering. Delivery times vary based on location. We do not guarantee shipping times. Products generally ship from our Chinese based manufacturer partners to customers. Shipping mostly occurs through local Chinese couriers who deliver and hand off customer order packages to local couriers for final customer delivery. Products from orders with multiple items may may not arrive at the same time.
Once a manufacturer drops off an order with a shipping courier, a shipment tracking number is generated. Multiple tracking numbers may exist for an order with more than one item. Customers should receive correspondence including the tracking numbers once they are generated. Customers should use these tracking numbers to track order progress on the Fashionopolitan website at https://fashionopolitan.aftership.com/. You must have your tracking numbers and the email address associated with your order to track your order. Customers can also use the provided tracking numbers to follow order progress on relevant courier websites. If you have difficulty tracking your order please reach out to info@fashionopolitan.com.
Orders can be refunded prior to manufacturer shipment. However, once an item ships, customers must wait until order receipt to initiate a return and must ship the product to Fashionopolitan to receive a refund. Please review our return & exchange policy for further details on return policies.
