If you are not happy with your purchase you can initiate a return if the item is eligible and within 7 days of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange please follow this link with your order number and email and follow the instructions. Once we receive a return or exchange request we will review and approve the return if it is eligible.
For US customers, we will deduct a $6 shipping fee for returns or exchanges. International customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. No shipping fees will be charged for receipt of incorrect or defective merchandise.
